If it serves as consolation, there's a chance nobody will World Cup at all, unless FIFA doesn't mind hosting their stuff in construction sites.

I know Canada REALLY sucks at soccer. So either, I can cheer for Canada, who isn't even in the tournament and has only ever qualified once, or I can cheer for a country that usually qualifies. Far more interesting to cheer for someone who shows up to play the game.
